WPA is associated with Landmark Partners, Simsbury, Connecticut, which is an Institutional Investment Management firm specializing in alternative investments. Landmark is active in venture capital, mezzanine, buy-out and real estate investments. WPA operates as part of Landmark's Realty Advisors Group. Western Property Advisors' goals are to maximize returns for WPA's clients' real-estate investments and look for new opportunities to invest Landmark Partners' clients' capital.
